In order to achieve the quality of service that is embodied in the quality statement above, Alta Telecom's Quality Audit function is directly under the Office of the President. The Quality Auditor oversees and is responsible for all quality-related issues, with the principle that "quality of service may be achieved only with the participation of the entire workforce" serving as a guiding light.

We are presently in the process of preparation for TL-9000 certification.
