Our philosophy of management is to ascertain that nothing important is neglected or overlooked, and that everyone is an active participant in the overall process.

Our President, Ronald J. Newitt, has over thirty- (30) years of management experience with major telecommunications companies in England, Canada and the United States. Schooled and experienced in operations, customer support, marketing and general management, he is a goal-oriented professional with a proven record in strategic planning, finance, customer development and management of multiple cross-functional departments.

William P. Elsey, our Vice President, has been in the telecommunications industry for twenty (20) years. His extensive experience includes departmental management, project management, project cost accounting as well as engineering. The company benefits from his cost estimating and proposal preparation savvy, cost and performance analysis skills, budget and expense control expertise and scheduling experience.

A. Wayne Lower is Vice President of Marketing and Sales His twenty-five (25) years experience in telecommunications services includes equipment research, installation, testing, commissioning, operations and maintenance on DC power systems, switching systems and transport systems. During the last five (5) years, his involvement focused more on the management of business operations, as well as the promotion and marketing of Alta's services.

Margaret A. Neal is our Corporate Controller. She is a multi-talented financial professional with comprehensive management experience in corporate accounting, operations auditing and information systems. Highly adept in the performance of financial management functions encompassing general accounting, operational budgeting, financial/cost analysis and forecasting, her keen analytical abilities in reviewing complex financial data helps the company achieve the highest quality performance in all areas of financial accountability.
